The Advisory Board for Avery Capital will provide the Avery Capital Management Team with general advice and recommendations regarding market conditions, financing, and other investment-related items for the Partnership. The Avery Capital Advisory Board shall advise the Avery Capital Management Team and shall owe no duty to the Partnership or any Limited Partner.
