With more than 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate professional, Mr. Cawley has invested approximately $1.5 billion in commercial real estate assets. Mr. Cawley is the Chief Executive Officer of Cawley Partners, a Dallas-based real estate investment company that focuses on commercial office products. Over the course of his career, Mr. Cawley has owned all classes of commercial real estate in multiple markets across the country. Recognized in 2017 by D CEO Magazine as one of the most influential business leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth, Mr. Cawley has acquired and developed more than 12 million square feet of commercial office product.

In Dallas alone, Cawley Partners has been a significant office developer along the Platinum Corridor of the Dallas North Tollway, where over the course of the current real estate cycle Cawley Partners has developed almost one million square feet of Class-A office.  Born and raised outside of Chicago, Mr. Cawley has achieved numerous accolades throughout his career and is an active member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Cawley is also a speaker and contributor for numerous business organizations and publications. He earned a business degree from Quincy University in Illinois and holds real estate broker licenses in both Texas and Illinois.
