Allan Bailey Johnson Group, LLC (ABJ) is a national corporate real estate advisory firm that has been engaged to provide brokerage services for Avery Capital. Avery and John are principals of ABJ.  ABJ’s role is that of an independent contractor tasked with providing Avery Capital with market research, proposal solicitation, and transaction management. ABJ has been engaged by Avery Capital through an Independent brokerage and Consultant Agreement.
